30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged item, or you’re simply not satisfied with your purchase), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case.
If your return request is approved, you can return the jewelry to us with the order number clearly marked on the packaging. The order number is essential for processing your refund correctly or arranging an exchange.
We offer two solutions:
- Replacement: We can send you a replacement item if you prefer this option (please specify which model you would like instead)
- Refund: We can process a refund to your original payment method
Important: Please do not return any items before we review your case. Our customer service team will evaluate your request and provide specific instructions for the return process.
WeQuick reserves the right to refuse any return request if we determine the return is being made for reasons inconsistent with our policy or involves malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the jewelry has quality problems or defects that are our responsibility.

- Please log in to your WeQuick account and locate the order you are not satisfied with
- Contact WeQuick customer support at info@weiquick.cc with:
- Your order number
- Service type requested (Exchange or Refund)
- Details about the specific item(s) you wish to return
- A clear description of the issues that necessitate the return/exchange
- For damaged or defective jewelry, please include clear photos showing the problems
- Once we receive your request, your dedicated Customer Service representative will email you back within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive a response.
